Car is noisy/shakes, revs high while accelerating

I have a 2008 Civic EX Coupe, automatic. It has 77k miles, I have changed the oil on time since brand new. I just replaced the transmission fluid and brake pads. The car is getting increasingly noisy and shaky. Also, the car revs high up to 3000 rpms or so when I'm accelerating from 0-50 mph. Once I get to about 60-70 mph the car drives normal (still with the loud noise). It feels like the car is skipping gears. Any help? Thanks

The car is getting increasingly noisy and shaky.
Rear tires probably have choppy tread.

Here's the service info that describes it in detail and what they suggest to do about it (PDF): http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j...55534169,d.eWU

The rest of your complaints sound "average" and really are subjective. There's no way for me to evaluate your complaints from my EzBoy Recliner.
If you can't evaluate your cars issues, I'd suggest you see a trusted and competent professional.
