HELP! Valve Seals Stuck.. and now...

I was replacing the valve cover gasket. And ran into 4 stuck valve seal rings
I got one of the seals out but a metal part came out as well, Is that normal?I dont know if I should proceed or stop

That's part of the seal it is how they get set in with out leaking. Atleast in my 90 hatchzilla it was normal. You can go to the local junkyard and get one for 5-10$.

Yes thats normal, the outer ring is part of the seal and should come out, the new seal will have to be pressed in, or carefully reseated back in the valve cover without damaging the seal.
need a big socket or bearing/seal installation tool that will catch the outer ring, and not damage the inner seal.

I'm gonna be "that guy" for a minute and just state that those are not your valve seals. They're spark plug tube seals. Also, they're not gonna come out without a bit of a struggle. They're also not gonna come out looking like they can be reused, nor should they be if you, indeed, remove them.

When you're installing the new seals, make sure you take note of how they came out. Since you have a picture handy, you'll know which side goes where. And I did what ^^ alluded to to install new seals in my valve cover: big *** socket that fit around that little lip-bit you can see in the other three, and a rubber mallet.

I purchased a seal puller to remove the spark plug tube seals, and it worked perfectly. Had all four seals out in less than 30 seconds. Great tool, but limited use. Here is a picture of the tool I purchased:

Nice post. That looks like something that can be made with stuff that I already have though.
