Help!!!

My 1999 Civic HX starts for about 2 seconds, then dies. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, FI Master Relay, ECU, cap/rotor and ignition switch & lock. Nothing has helped!

I am out of ideas! Does anyone have any ideas?
