FI EM fuse keeps blowing...

I have already posted this before, but I'm putting it in the electronic section now.

Ok, every time you try to crank it...the FI EM fuse under the hood blows.

Within the last few months I have done a few "tune up" things to it:

- 3 months ago I replaced:
clutch
Slave cylinder
Master cylinder

- 1 month ago I replaced:
Timing belt
Distributor
Plugs & wires
Cap & button
Valve cover gasket
Main relay
Fuel filter

So before I replaced the second batch of stuff, my at died while driving it. So I towed it home and replaced all of those parts (it needed a tube up anyways) and it started up and ran for a week, although it did feel a bit sluggish.

Towed it home again. I checked fuses and saw that the FI EM fuse was blown. I replaced it and tried to crank it, blew it. So I checked the main relay and did the test on it to make sure it was good (it was brand new) and it was. Just to be sure I replaced it anyways.

I unhooked the fuel pump and it still blows. The only time it doesn't is when the main relay is hooked up.

The only thing I have been told or can think of is a short somewhere. I need my car back on the road because my truck is kicking my *** in gas!
Please help me with a direction, thanks!!
