03 Civic cranks but won't Fire
My 2003 Civic ex cranks but won't start, Checked FI fuses, Heard fuel pump humming when I turned key to II.
The Maint Req light was flashing.
I just came home short trip 1/4 Mi and parked the car on Dec 31, then on Jan 2 after a single digits overnight
Is there a switch that I can reset?
could it be water frozen in fuel lines?
What is the immobilizer?
Can I reset that?
