Firmer ride with stock height?

What options are out there to give me a stiffer suspension without lowering my car much? I have seen people talking about using rsx suspension, but not any solid information. I wouldn't like to lower anything more than .5" it sits too low already for my uses.
Thanks

eibach springs will give round 1" but requires shocks that handle them.
coilovers and raise it to stock.
RSX are heavier so springs are stiffer, also have higher rates springs due to that and to be sportier. If yer car is 02 or older model, need drill knuckles for crash bolts.

Re: Firmer ride with stock height?

I've only owned my civic (03 si) for a couple months. It was lowered 2 inches. It was stiff and bottomed over curbs, etc. I just installed Tokico HP front and rear struts and Tein H Tech springs and it's nice. It's still firm, but softer than before. Drives tight. It raised it about an inch. So it's about an inch lower than stock.

One tip that I haven't read on any forums was, when installing rear shocks, remove the outboard camber arm bolt. This drops the lower arm a bit, to help make it easier to put the lower shock bolt in. I couldn't compress the shock/spring enough, maybe I'm just getting old. I fought mine for about 45 mins until I figured that out.
