my front passenger side window does not open

I have found the number 22 fuse (in the fuse box below the wheel drive) (20 amps) gets blown every time I change it and press the window switch. It doesn't matter if I press the driver's side switch or the passenger side...it gets blown every time.

I have unmounted the 2 front door covers to see if I can find a wire making contact with chasis but everything seems fine.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any help you could provide me.

the wheel drive
Do you mean the steering wheel?

number 22 fuse
Looks like this fuse is for the passengers front window only.

2 door or 4 door car?

I can't explain how I'd be checking, each case is different. I would split the system into sections and have a wire diagram so I can see where each area can be isolated.
Using an ohmmeter, you could disconnect the window motor and check individual circuits for continuity to ground, all the way to the master switch. Need a good wiring diagram for this though.

I would narrow it down a little bit....
Have a pile of correct size fuses handy to check at each step

Flip the main on the window switch (child lockout switch) and see if it still blows the fuse.

Disconnect the wire harness from the passenger front window motor.
See if the fuse blows.

Disconnect the wire harness from the passenger front window switch.
See if the fuse blows.

Working backwards thru the car, the door harness would be next. Door harness connects by the blower fan motor and corner of the dash, above the kick panel, blue connector with about 6 wires.

You keep doing this until you find a point where it quits blowing fuses, then you can chase bare wires or shorted motor, or whatever in that section.

It doesn't matter if I press the driver's side switch or the passenger side...it gets blown every time
I HOPE it will stop blowing when the motor harness (pigtail) gets disconnected. That would mean the motor or its short wire pigtail is shorted and I shouldn't have to explain anything else. LOL
