em2 drivers side front wheel bearing

i just replace it 2 weeks ago and its bad again, athough i know my aligment and tires are bad what could be the cause of this possibly aligment?

any input helps thanks

i havent had time to obsvre it yet altho i jacked it up, wheel didnt move at all, so thats most likely not it, but just repaced axle and ball joint to and i think the azle is hitting the ball joint grease fitting on sharper turns sounds dumb but it was really close when installed

Axle nut needs to be tightened to spec.
