Kumosport
Hey
I just installed the kumosport directshift kit in my civic and i have to say that i'm not that inpressed with it..i've read some of the things you guys have said and i wonder if i did something wrong....you guys rave about it and ones person said it's the best $26 he's ever spent..i fallowed the instructions and even looked over them twice...any ideas? it just doesn't feel that different from stock...

That person would be...moi.
Seriously, you did not notice a change in the way the shifts feel more solid and direct?
I did...maybe I had softer bushings, because I too got them based on the raves from members here and I was not disappointed.
Maybe it would be a more noticeable change in feel if you have a shorter shift ****?
Edit: I just thought of something: I used a torque wrench to tighten mine to 16lbs, per the instructions. Maybe yours are a little loose?

its nothing dramatic, really.
but the change is there. truthfully, if I was to get it again, I wouldn't pay for it. heh. I mean, its better, but I duno if it warrants the 27 bucks.
