2000 EX Wont turn or Start but runs good

2000 EX Wont turn or Start but runs good I took it to get it washed and i power washed the engine, it started up fine right after but about an hour later it wouldn't even turn. I have to pop the clutch to start it, the radio and dash lights work fine.
I replaced the battery(needed a new one anyways), the ignition switch, and the starter, and still wont turn. i tried connecting the wires on the clutch switch but nothing. o reilly tested the new battery and the alternator both are good. and suggestions?? again it runs but just wont turn to start
