02 civic temp gauge going up and down

Hi! Guys I search this online but can't find an answer I have a 02 civic ex, and just started doing this while I'm driving the temp gauge is normal with ac on, when I'm at a complete stop the gauge goes up, but if I turn the ac off tries to go down, both fans are working and I dont see any antifreeze leak or smell, car has 184,000 miles any ideas guys would be great... I'm not a mechanic I know some so any ideas you guys give me would b appreciated thanks...

The thing is I don't see any leaks around anywhere ac works heat works fine can't smell any antifreeze either but I probably know a lot more than I do what should I do?
