Replacing radiator fan "04 civc ex"

1. Disconnect battery
2. Remove top radiator hose
3. Remove top body pins
4. Remove top radiator mounting brackets
5. Remove reservoir screw
6. Remove 2 radiator fan mounting screws

( at this point fan is completely free)

What am I missing? This thing will not come out.

You need to take the bumper cover off and lean the whole radiator assembly forward to get the fan assembly out.
