Just like the title says, I need a sets of Tokico HP blues for my Civic '04 DX

Many shops in US don't ship to Canada and I was wondering if any of you knows shops in or near Montreal or any other good online shops that ship to Canada.

What about taxes and other additional fees when coming back through the border?

I also heard about Kinek.

but I heard UPS additional fees are way overkill.
