Do any of you Vegas guys know if there's times when people could just show up at the strips and race cars? If we can, is there any kind of restrictions such as must have roll cage? Where is the best place to buy hi-perf parts? I think Vegas is the closest place where I can get stuff so I need to start finding out places to go. no, if your car is faster than 10 sec, then harness is required for driver. 12+ sec plus cars don't need anything but the car must run in a excellent condition, no leak or flat tires.

The 1/4 run are open wednesday and friday nite. Most of the time on friday night, there are just a whole bunch of mustangs and firebirds etc. drag racing against each other. If the strip isn't crowded, you can keep running the strip till they close.....I think the fee is 17 bucks. They will print out results for u.
