Dome/Map light stopped working after changing bulbs

Dome/Map light stopped working after changing bulbs
My left side map light went out on my 2001 civic ex and so I bought a pair of these leds I found on Amazon.

Those to be exact. These were to replace my map lights not my dome. I had some trouble trying to pull the stock ones out because there is such little finger space in there but I managed to get them out. I put the new ones on and I tested one bulb and it turned on. But when I put both of them in and turned it on, it wouldn't turn on. The whole thing basically wouldn't turn on (dome, maps, the ceiling light in the back) all wouldn't work.
I even took out the new bulbs to see if they were the problem but my lights won't come on.
Did I just break something by accident?

check your fuses. I forgot which fuse box those lights fall under, but they may be on the under-dash fuse box.
