Honda civic 09 ex coupe. Cant figure out this part
I got a civic and i am wondering what is the part under the passenger seat that it is encased in a metal/silver box and has a chip built in? Can't seem to find this anywhere. Thanks guys!

USA or Canada?
I see one pic that shows some unit held on to a (front lateral?) seat support beam with 2 bolts in an area where the carpet has a cutout, labeled USB ADAPTER UNIT
