Good deal or not? 2008 Honda Civic EX Navigation loaded - $16k

Navigation system
Autostart remote with keyless entry
23k miles

Looks brand new - one owner - no real damage.

What do you think?

On another note - I never owned a car with a digital fuel guage - to me it seemes like the gas goes fast in that car. I filled it up on Wednesday - I have travelled about 80miles and it already went down by 4 bars as of today.

Can anyone let me know what might be wrong or is this normal. Am I missing something? How can I troubleshoot this potential issue?

I have the same year except mine is a 4 door EXL w/leather seats. My guess regarding your milage is you might be driving it to hard. Drive like you have an egg under your right foot for a week and see if that changes anything if not take it to a dealer and find out whats wrong, it could be a number of thing.

I do a lot of city driving and my milage isn't the greatest either.
