Can I use parts from a 99?

Hello there!

I have recently pruchased a 95 EX with an auto. My friend has a 99 civic coupe with a blown engine and is willing to sell some parts off of it. My questions are, does anybody know if I can use the manual tranny from his car and put it in mine and will his rims fit on my car? My friends 99 has a lot of aftermarket parts like a headers back exhaust. It would be great if these parts would work on my car cause he wants to unload them and I can get them for super cheap!

I appologize if there is a thread about this already I did a search and nothing came up.

It all depends on the specific part

Manual tranny, yes, but you need to do a complete manual swap.
Rims, yes, both cars are 4x100 bolt patterns.
Headers, don't think so, I could be wrong though.
