F20 with b16 tranny?

F20 with b16 tranny?
So im thinking about doing a F20 swap in my CRX. I found a F20(blue top) for sale for 600 but its auto tranny but i do have a b16 tranny at home. Would a b16 tranny fit a F20? would i need to buy some sort of kit to make it fit?
