Lowering Car?

I have a 2k1 civic EX and I want to get my car lowered because I think that it will make my car look better. I don't have rims though, but I think just lowering my car would make it look a little better since the stock springs jack up my car too much. I am thinking about a 1.5" drop, but am not sure of how it would look. Does anyone have pics of stock wheels with a 1.5" or just a 1.5" drop with aftermarket rims?

Your car will look tight but it won't ride like factory. The lower you go the worse the ride even if you buy adjsutable shocks. I don't think it is worth droping your car especially since Houston has a lot of bad roads.
