T3/T4 Turbo Fs/Ft Quantico, Va
Hey, so I finally got some pics. Here's the deal, I'm going out of town on Monday for 3 weeks to a month, and I'm going to be busy until then, so I don't want to make this a huge hassle.
Ok, so the turbo is in used condition, and the center shaft spins freely by finger with no detectable drag or scrape.
What I want is a p28 ecu so my mini-me 95 civic can run correctly, either that or $100 so I can just buy one. Either way is fine. I don't want to trade for any other part, so please don't ask if I want a stereo or an exhaust or anything like that.
I am in Quantico, Virginia. I don't have time to drive anywhere else outside the area before I leave.

It's a fair price, it's just most of the people here prefer to run brand new turbos on their set-ups. Try selling it here, http://www.homemadeturbo.com/.
