I now have two 1996 civics(one coupe DX and the other a 4-door EX). I plan on taking the transmission/clutch from the EX and putting it on the DX motor. Yes, I know I should replace the clutch too, but I don't have the money right now. The reason I'm posting this thread is to ask if there is anything in particular I should know before going into this project? And also if there is a gasket between the engine and clutch(or anywhere else) that should be replaced during this process. I'm totally new to this forum too, so if someone knows of a thread that already discussed this topic, please guide me there.
