OH, MY.....GOD... or, what you get for being nice!
ok, so right now there is a HORRIBLE snowstorm in new hampshire and i was driveing back from my girlfriends house on 101, when all of a sudden the woman in a volvo ahead of me loses control and starts doing 360's RIGHT IN FROUNT OF ME.....no bear in mind that im DIRECTLY BEHIND HER! on her 2nd 360 she passes my my car, and misses my driver door by less that 3 inches with her bumper...im never going to forget that, i couldnt even see her headlights she was so close to me....i swearve to get the hell out of the way and fishtail a little <thats why i like front wheel drive> but in the process drag my undercarrage over the median and rip out my nitrous line and a wire to my fuel/air meter....DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i got off lucky tho, the woman keeps spinning into the ditch in the middle of the median and when she hits the bottom the entire back end of the car lifts almost vertically in the air.
Now, i work ocean rescue in the summer, so my rescue mode clicks on and i run over to see if the woman is ok....she wasnt.
I will never EVER forget the sound she was makeing. it was a screem, but like nothing you would ever see in a movie, you cant fake this. my dad took me out hunting once and the only thing i can equate it to is like the sound a doe made when my dad shot it, like her life was being poured out of her mouth. i can still hear it in my mind. gives me shudders.... and then when i was walking back to my car, after the ambulance came, somebody was watching the flashing lights and not the road, and almost hit me, i had to dive back to the median, cuting my arms up and losing my cell phone...grrr.
sorry dont mean to ramble but i just needed to get it off my chest. what a crazy fu@kin night....thank god for beer, wheres my fridge.

Sorry, I didn't quite catch the meaning of, "i had to dive back to the median, cuting my arms up and losing my cell phone...grrr"?
Besides that, dayam! Is there a ton of damage to your car? What do you think happened to her? She wasn't going to die or anything was she?

dang man, your evening really sucked! that's awesome that you tried help the woman. did she get to the hospital?
i've seen some hardcore wrecks around here lately. people driving too fast for conditions, rain mostly. i saw a wreck when i was coming home from orlando last monday night. there were like 3 totaled cars and dead people laying on the road covered in white sheets. it made me sick to my stomach. let that be a reminder to everyone to always be careful.

Man! You had some night. I remember when we went to New Mexico and we almost lost control b/c the roads had ice on them. It was pretty scary and we didn't even lose complete control. I can't even imagine losing complete control.

well my car was actually facing backwards on the median so i had to walk onto the road to get to my door, thats when the a$$wipe almost hit me and i had to dive to the median cutting up my arms on the gravel. its still dark out so i cant see if theres any more damage underneath my car, boy, im sure not looking forward to daylight. the woman is gonna live, she had lacerations to her face and a compound fracture of the arm, i wont go into details about that part
