Ok so i mpfi swapped my 89 dx hatch. A6 intake mani and tb, a6 bay harness, pm8 (b6) ecu. I had the b6 intake mani on it, but it had an egr valve, which i dont have the wires for. So heres what shes doing, First off it cranks up and runs at idle, has a vaccuum leak (bad tb gasket non related) but she idles decent, when i depress the gas pedal or the throttle trigger to fulll open position it bogs and has a misfire to it. Occasionally it will backfire through the intake, when i let off the tigger quickly it will sound as an engine should when throttle is open. JUST TO CLARIFY. I am using the mpfi dizzy, it is pinned right, and it is in time. Any friggin ideas? I can take a video if necessary, its honestly got me baffled.
