oil filter relocator

does any company make, or plan on making, a oil filter relocator kit for our vehicle? the spot that our oil filter is such a messy pain in the a$$, i want to move it so badly...! or are there any universal kits that my be applicable?

any suggestions and info are greatly appriciated.

There's going to be some pressure drop if you move it very far. Also location and drain back might be a consideration. Just to be careful.

i am not planning on moving the filter very far, i am planning on mounting the relocator just below where the filter is now.....if you get under your car, there is like a "lip" proturduing out past the oil fitler, above the oil pan, it is part of the block, it has holes in it, i was planning on tapping them and using them...maybe

i have to get back under there and see where things can go....in regards to drain back, i am planning on relocating the filter lower then stock, so i dont think that will be a concern..

I had mine mounted in my sol way up where the battery was along the passenger firewall. I have been looking at that perma cool product for a while, I'd probably run it up near where my battery used to sit. Peace

Got some info, for the DX, LX, HX the thread on the oil filter is 20x1.5mm (a size that the relocator works for). Haven't found info for the EX but I am assuming its the same. Peace
