Camshaft Plug Replacement and a Free Airbag

I'm guessing that this questioned has been asked on this forum before, but I swear I looked all over and didn't find the answer I needed. I'm new on here so don't jump on my sh*t.

My daughter's 01 Civic LX with the 1.7 liter motor is leaking oil from the plastic camshaft plug on the passenger side of valve cover. The dealer quoted me $120.00 to repair the leak. When I looked for the part online ($6.00-$8.00) it appears from the part photo you just snap the old one out and the new one in. Also I can't imagine the dealer removing the valve cover and replacing the cover gasket and plug for $120.00, so they must just be planning to snap it in.

Am I correct? Do you just snap the old one out and snap in the new one?

One more thing. I checked on the recalls for this car partially because that's what I do, and because the SRS light was on. I brought the car to the dealer and they replaced the driver's side airbag for free and will be replacing the driver's side seat belt catch for free as well. It was the cause of the SRS light. I love it.
