anyone know how to pull the rear seats out?

Start by taking the top of the seats out. Pick a side and push the seat to the edge of the car, theres a plastic thing that clips into the side molding, when you push the seat it should pop out and the seat is loose, do the same for the other side and then you'll have the top part of the seat out. When the top is off you'll have access to either two 10-12mm bolts or two hooks. Loosen the bolts and take the bottom part of the seat out or slip it off the hook. It makes more sense when you take a look at the back seat and start playing around with it.
