Headlights, dash illumination, and tail running lights wont come on

Headlights, dash illumination, and tail running lights wont come on I have a 02 civic and 2 nights ago my battery took a crap on me. So I run up to the part store buy a new one and start up the car and turn the switch on for my headlights and nothing comes on.. My dashboard illumination won't come on neither does my tail running lights.. but when u pull forward to turn on the high beams the icon on the dash board becomes visable but nothing lights up.. I've checked the headlight fuses and they are good... Is there some relay i need to look for? any help will be much appreciated!!!
