So I finally picked me up a daily driver CRX with 138,000 miles on it. Pretty much bone stock. I am very happy at finding one in this condition.

Only downside is that the AC is in shambles. I live in FL and NEED that AC. This question has probably been asked a bazillion times - but I suck at using search on vbulliten for some reason. So...

What other hondas/years can I pull parts from in junk yards that would be relatively easy to find? I would assume that any civic from that era would work. Would I be correct in this assumption? I hope so - because I am finding quite a few civics from the late 80s/early 90s but very few CRXs.

I am soooooo looking forward to wrenching on this thing and getting cruising.

well the 89-91 civic si has the same engine and i have the same issue you do....
i need a lot of the ac and heater system... it was missing a lot when i bought mine... and i live in calli but where it can get up to 110 in the summer and to 30 in the winter... so its going to suck if i cant get my heater working by this winter...

i been geting parts from 89-91 si honda's and they are the same.. i havent seen a difernce with the ac and heating systems...
