help!! 94 ex wont start...!!!

help!! 94 ex wont start...!!!
my 94 civic ex d16z6 5spd just died when i was driving the other day when it just died and wouldnt start so towed to home and i dont think its gettin spark but i know its getting fuel, so changed the spark plugs, cap and rotor and still wont start so any ideas? please please help!!
