Tsunami Lip Instal DIY ???? Plz Help!
The instructions say drill holes in the lip, ok......... but wtf, where do you drill the holes, like what spots specifically
It means to drill (on your kit) where the stock moldings already are placed, the black well lining by your tire and the hole where the stock lips goes. Cause the kit probably does not have pre-drilled holes for this. Kinda sux that you have to do that. I normally do it for my customers (when requested) so you dont crack it. Just be careful and take your time. I suggest to put at least 4 bolts underneath, due to scraping. And 2 on each inner fender well. Hope that helps.

Let me just add that Tsunami kinda sucks since they don't pre-drill their bodykits. I had to make many alterations to mine before it fit properly. You're lucky that you got instructions. I had no instructions for mine and I don't think there are any yet for the T2001.
I have a similar question... I drilled my holes-no problem 4 holes. I have it on and it looks good but the driverside does not fit right. the area where the drivers side head light is the side does not match up with the fender well. It stickes out maybe a 1/4 of an inch I have some 3m double sided tape in there but I cant put it down far enough to catch that end. ANY Suggestions?
Mine did not have instructions either.

I'm not sure what you did or didn't do, but read on to find out what I did...
I copied the design of the stock bumper exactly. There are holes for the front grill to attach to as well as a piece that needs to be cut out to allow for some bending. Then there are three holes on each side to be cut out. They're rectangular and they let clips snap into them to hold the sides on tight. Then there are the holes for the screws on the very sides under the fenderwell. Then there are the two metal brakets that came with the kit. I made my own out of aluminum and I used my own mounting hardware. Everything is stainless steel. Then you have to remove the little horn cable holder on the windshield washer fluid tank. That hits the grill when it's on, so you need to remove it if you're going to use the grill supplied with the kit. That's about it.
