aint gonna flame......i got the neuspeed sprots(1.75 drop frnt, 2 in back) the front is aligned to stock specs, but the back is only off like .8 in. i would say anything above 2inches you should check into it, but below 2 you should be fine.....
Honda recommends that you have only -1 degree camber plus or minus 1 degree. My car stock was almost -1 degree. With the Eibach Sportlines installed, my car registered over -3 degrees. This is way too off and would have been pretty bad on tires. The Ingalls kit allowed me to have the car realigned and now everything is going good.
You can pay 150 dollars and get a good alignment, or you can replace tires maybe twice as fast. In my mind, 150 dollars won't buy two tires much less a full set, so it was an easy decision.
I guess what I am trying to say is if you want to do it the correct way, buy the Ingalls or Eibach alignment kits. If you want to save a little bit of money upfront and spend more later, don't do it. But it is usually cheaper to do it the right way first.
