cams for a d16z6
okay since x-mas is rollin around im gettin a new cam for my 93 ex and prob new injectors and fuel rail 1.) with the new cam is there anything else i will need or is it just a "drop in"? 2.) where can i get this if so? 3.) the stock injectors on the z6 are 180cc i think , if i get the new fuel rail and am running everything else pretty much stock besides the cam what cc should i go up to?
Make all the comments u want. but i did some research that tweaking ur air/fuel ratio increases hp and torque way more than any dinky bolt-on. Then doing this plus chipping the ecu will have dramatic results!!!

Make sure you have some engine management to monitor your changes. If your going to change injectors and fuel rails, I would hope you have something to monitor what % of the injector is being driven at. You might have to upgrade the fuel pump too, not sure about your car. There is hella info on d-series.org for your motor.
Re: cams for a d16z6
nothing else is needed for the cam....
i agree with twiz, however i do not have monitoring for mine as it is not a daily.
i kept my stock injectors because they can take more than what they are given. after chipping get yourself an aem adjustable fpr and hang it off the rail. take it to a dyno and have them monitor air/fuel and adjust the fpr appropriately. this is how i handled it on mine.
