hey. im looking to fix up my 99 civic ex. not really looking for speed but more looks. now the thing is im on a budget. lol im thinking most people are now. so what im wondering is. should i go get a full body kit. if so which one? or just settle and get lips. new headlights? tail lights. hood? im at a complete loss here. just jumping into the honda game now. im a fresh noob. so i could really use the help.

dont get stupid projector headlights and euros. dont get a body kit unless you want everybody who drives anything else with ***** to laugh at you(which is every other car on the road). if you want it to look super nice, get some JDM civic type r headlights, civic type R front lip or mugen front lip, get some light weight 15-16" rims, bronze look good on black, get some JDM fog lights, and maybe an HID Conversion. Get some lowering springs as well. people now a days like civics that look clean, not stupid fast and furious. but do what you want.
