98 Civic cx idle rpm problem I just bought a 98 cx 3 days ago. I'm still learning how to drive stick, but I noticed that my rpm is always at 2 on neutral. The inside (under hood) is VERY dirty. Maybe something about the throttle body, but I don't know where it is located. I need help since I'm just entering the import scene...
