Car Trouble, need advise

I recently threw an Intake, Intake manifold, Headers & exhaust into my 92 D16 hatch to give it a lil more move. ever since i did that, the car has been sputtering(sounds like a go kart) & idling extremely low, to the point where it was shutting off when i wasn't gasing it while it was idling. so i changed the spark plugs & wires, that fixed the stauling out in idle problem, but it still idles so low that i have to ride the gear all the way down before shifting to neutral so it won't shut off. Don't know what to do next. the car stutters so hard it shakes it. Also it's running Rich as hell. the smell of fuel is extremely strong to the point where i'm getting high just driving the car down the block. Any help on what i should do next or what you might think the problem is would be appreciated. thx

well its not a good idea to throw parts at a car and expect them to work. you gotta get some sort of tuning done using a dyno and an air/fuel controler like vafc. also you can check the intake system (throttle body, idle air valve, etc) and clean all those out to see if it improves.

yea you deffinately need to get it tunned, agree with the guy above says. you car needs to be tunned, to know it has those kinda parts and not stock. if you changed those things you need a air/fuel controller to control them..clean it all, it should improve it all.
