hood doesn't close completely

Hi,

My car makes clunking sounds when I drive at >30mph. Like the helicopter sound. When I slow down or stop, sound goes away. I suspect it's because my hood doesn't close completely. Now, I have exactly 2 questions. Is it because of those hood bump stops? Because I miss one. Will replacement of a missed bump stopper help?

Thank you.

I found them at hondaautomotiveparts.com under the "grommet" section. Sadly they don't give the OEM # to pick 1 up at the dealer. (online ordering sucks for small orders)

I need cushion A (under "hood" section) ordered it directly from Honda eStore without shipping charges (store pick up at the local dealership) for $5.03. All other websites charge even more.
