need help a.s.a.p on my 95 hatch!!

i got a 95 civic hatch and im having some problems with it. it has the d15b7 engine in it.. ok the problem that im having with it is that when im stopped at a stoplight for more than 5 seconds the car starts jerking and wanting to turn off i dont know what it is... the car is automatic. any help??

May need a tune up. I had a gti that did that did a tune up plugs, wires and dist cap and than it stopped hope that helps.
