plastic upper strut bearing help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
ok im a noob with a noob question i am going to DIY progress competition coilovers and i need to switch the metal strut bearings with 01 civc plastic but not sure how i have searched the web but came up empty i need pics or a diagram or explanation in laymans terms .
