Re: HELP on vibrating steering wheel!!!
it doesnt do the vibration before with stock rims, got it rebalanced earlier today, but still the same, my friend inspected it and he was saying it could be my rotors, and i was thinking about my alignment.
Re: HELP on vibrating steering wheel!!!
not sure if u figured out the issue but if not i might have a possible solution:
most typical aftermarket wheels dont fit snug up against the wheel hub(round ring in the middle of the rotor) and if the rim is placed on the car without a hubcentric ring the can cause vibrations and all sort of drivability issues. and a typical issue is vibrations at high speeds.
so just pull of the center cap and see if the rim is snug(doesnt move) up against the ring. if it isnt go look for a hubcentric ring. shouldnt b more than $10 if i can remember, for all 4

Re: HELP on vibrating steering wheel!!!
alignment NEVER causes a vibration. brake rotors can cause a pulsation wile braking, not driving. the problem is your rims or tires. if you know of a quality shop with a good balancer, you can dismount the tire and run the bare rim on the machine. this can tell yo if there is a casting problem with the rim and also check for out-of-roundness. if there is not a problem with the rims, it will be a faulty tire. try rotating front to back to see if it changes vibration. also, if this is some kind of "universal" rim, then yeah, you problem most likely is the hub rings...(or lack of)
Re: HELP on vibrating steering wheel!!!
Figured the problem, one of my front rim has a very slight bent, and the guy told me that he will fix it for 60bucks and also, he told me that i dont have any hubcentric rings on it, so thatll cause some extra vibrations. Thanks for all the help guys
