hey my car was in the shop recently to get my rotors refinished and i was given a 2k2 lx sedan, the thing i really like is how the dash lights up on the sedan, do any of you know how i can get the coupes dash to light up like the sedan? Do i just take the orange gels out and leave it at that or what? Any info is appreciated... thanks

what are u talking about dude? if u mean the orange/red on the gauges and ***** and buttons,coupes and sedans both have them

no the sedans have a light green color and the face of their guages is black not silver/grey like the coupes. You will have to ask the honda people if they can do a conversion for you. all the parts are interchangable.

yeah, the sedans have a really light yet bright bluish/green glow, its really cool with the silver gauge faces, i really dont want to pay honda to do that for me, anyone really know how to do it, what would happen if i just took out the gels and just left it as that?

If you take the needles and guages off your needles will be off and unless you know how to recalibrate them I suggest not doing so. The only other way is to see if the whole cluster from a sedan will fit or not. That would be the easiest way just to get the cluster. I know that you can change the color on the rest of the dash by changing the gels. Search for the DIY.
