2002 Civic Trailing Arm Replacement
I purchased the Energy suspension bushings and i'm trying to get the trailing arm off the lower control arm to replace it. I tried to spin it and pull but nothing breaks lose. Please help asap i'm in a tight bind. Thanks!

what is a "trailing arm?" what are you spinning? the only thing on the control arm is a balljoint. what are you doing?
