Loud buzzing noise...fuel pump??

Loud buzzing noise...fuel pump??
I have a 96 HB. It just started making a loud buzzing/humming noise last time I drove it. When I got home I turned the engine off then turned the ignition to the acc position and it still makes it. I was thinking it might be my fuel pump but it still starts fine and doesnt hesitate/bog down when I drive it. Any ideas ??

you could check the fuel pressure, but idk. usually fuel pump is the only thing that makes buzz sound. it should not make noise tho unless car is in the ON position (no engine start), not acc.
