Does REAR STRUT BAR do any good to your car?

I saw people adding Rear upper strut bar and Rear Lower Strut bar. Do they do any good to your car?
my friend told me Rear lower doesnt help anything. But I dunno about rear Upper strut bar.
Any Comments?

I don't have one myself but in theory it should help your handeling. Of course it wouldn't be my first suspension mod..... I put new potenza's on my Civic and it felt like a new car

sway bars are underneither your car and it try to keep the car from swaying. hence the name. a strut bar mounts on top of the strut/spring mounts on top. someone on this site installed an rsx sway bars and said it was worth it. so look into that

The Lower Rear Strut bar doesn't do any good but the Upper Rear Strut bar really help. Adding a sway bar would really improve your handling. I'll be installing a sway bar pretty soon myself
