E-manage Blue 93 Honda Civic EX/VTI VTec Not working HELP!!

Hey Guys

Just signed up so HI

Anyway I need some help..

I have a 93 Honda Civic VTI (AUS) or EX as there all in the US D16Y1/D16Z6 SOHC VTec 1.6L

Now a brought the GReddy basic Turbo Kit 11550021A

The kit comes with e-manage Blue with the cheap main harness that's missing the VTec wires and no ignition harness..

I've been running to fine with the wires just soldered in and letting the Standard ECU (p28) run the VTec

Now I've upgraded to a new plug & Play harness (H-3) that includes all the other options including VTec but its not working...

Rotor Setting are 2-8-B (Set by GReedy)

I've changed all the jumpers to what GReedy lists to enable VTec and nothing..

I know that the VTec is not even connected coze if I un-plug the solenoid I don't get an engine check light like it should lol

HELP... this is driving me mad..

I can hack the harness and enable VTec via the standard ECU but then I can't change the crossover point

I've read this to the very end and you guys seem to have completely different setting to mine
https://www.civicforums.com/forums/7...setup-exs.html

A big one is JP1 & JP2 you guys have them set both at 1-2 (5V) but my car won't start with them there and GReedy states most Honda's are 12V for both = 2-3 for both and that's how mines set..

Do you Guys run 5V elec systems in cars in the US?

Thanks Guys

Luke
