99-00 headlights in a 96-98civic???
I know the bumpers are diff for 98 to 99 but my question is will 99-00 headlights fit in a 98???also what all is involved in the front conversion to get the bumpers to fit??? do u have to change the hood and fenders too???

That's just one thread of many on Honda-tech. The hood, fenders, bumpers, and headlights are all different. To do the conversion the right way you should swap out radiator supports but doing it without swaping them will work.
