I do have the Ingalls Stiffy torque damper, and I keep it at the stiffest setting all the time, so I am used to the vibration. I am mainly looking to stiffen the engine more, so that I don't so much torque steer, and wheel hop.

Re: Energy Suspension motor mount inserts on an automatic?

please refrain from doing 4k launches in a auto civic, its makes civic owners cry.

but seriously, have you swapped it? or is this a bone stock auto?

Yes, neutral, then drop it. I know it sounds nuts, but I have over 68,000 miles on the original tranny, and no problems.

As far as engine mods go, it is mostly stock. I do have an Unorthodox racing crank pulley. I removed the power steering, I have an AEM V2 intake and Denzo Iridium plugs. In exhaust, I have a JVT header and downpipe, and Apex-i GT Spec catback

Re: Energy Suspension motor mount inserts on an automatic?

great kid.....don't do that in an auto...seriously. I have an auto and I can tell you, you are asking for trouble. I am going to keep my auto though until my turbo (when I install it) blows it and then it is manual swap time!!
