Replacing tranny fluid??

Replacing tranny fluid??
Is this something I can do in my driveway? or is it nescesarry I go to a shop? because I looked today and a shop wants 140$+tx(cad) so expensive I find to replace some fluid, but if there is no other way, then i guess im forced to pay it...?
