Spacer for rear springs?

2003 civic dx, tokico blues/stock springs.

I want to reinstall my Tein S.Tech springs because my car's way too high and rides pretty bumpy/stiff. The higher spring rate of the S.Techs will probably smooth out the over damped ride.

However, when I had my springs on the stock shocks, the rear was a bit lower than I wanted. Is there anyone who makes a metal, rubber, or plastic spacer to add a bit of height to the car in the rear? The spring would sit on it, or you could put it on top of the shock top mount.

Has anyone else tried or done this?

Thanks

Re: Spacer for rear springs?

well I don't know anything about spacers, but I think you'll find that the ride height evens itself out w/ the blues as opposed to the stock shocks. My rear was saggy w/ my stock shocks, and when I put the blues in, the height is even front and rear that was w/ the ProKit though, not Tein.. but isn't the drop similar? the prokit does 1.3" ..

Re: Spacer for rear springs?

I think that the blues will make a difference in the height too, but I'm not 100%, it's possible that my rear was lower from weak/blown shocks.

I still wouldn't mind a slight rake towards the front, but even would be better than *** sag.

thanks for the info,

Anyone else?
