^Yeah he would have to take out his RSX tie rod ends, and install civic tie rod ends. I don't know how to install those shocks in a civic, but you would have to do whatever is necessary to get them into the civic, for the RSX. (I think you have to cut open the stock shocks, but I'm not sure. I think I say a thread long time back about diy shock install.)
If you're just bolting up the full coilovers, then just the tie rod ends need to be replaced. This is what I want to do.

You may need to use civic upper mounts, but I am not sure about that. There is no drilling or any cutting of stock shocks. They are direct replacements.
