shock civic 03' fit on rsx type-s 04'?

yeah, My friend wants to buy my tokico d-spec shock, my car is civic 2003 sedan...my shock fit on rsx type-s 04'??

the short answer is yes, but with modification.

He will need at the very least, civic tie rod ends.

^Yeah he would have to take out his RSX tie rod ends, and install civic tie rod ends. I don't know how to install those shocks in a civic, but you would have to do whatever is necessary to get them into the civic, for the RSX. (I think you have to cut open the stock shocks, but I'm not sure. I think I say a thread long time back about diy shock install.)

If you're just bolting up the full coilovers, then just the tie rod ends need to be replaced. This is what I want to do.

why??? normally the shock fit #1...non??!! tie-rod is not the same??

It isn't that hard to figure out...they are different. The RSX has a larger tie rod end bolt.

You may need to use civic upper mounts, but I am not sure about that. There is no drilling or any cutting of stock shocks. They are direct replacements.

No it doesnt. We go through this every single week, and the answer hasnt changed.
Use the search button... the shocks are not direct swaps.
